The BLM-1300 Series is the largest one-piece stadium seat in Kotobuki Seating's lineup.

Substantial backrest height supporting both fans and players

Featuring a seat pitch approximately 30 mm wider than other BLM models, along with a taller backrest, this series is a popular choice not only for spectator stands but also for team dugouts. It has been widely adopted in prominent baseball stadiums and soccer arenas, as well as municipal racing venues such as racetracks. Although constructed as a one-piece model with an integrated back and seat, its deep seat surface allows users to sit back and relax comfortably. It is highly recommended for venues with generous aisle and seating dimensions.

Durable blow-molded construction with rainwater drainage design

Molded from High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE)—offering superior weather resistance and impact resistance compared to Polypropylene (PP)—the double-shell hollow structure provides a comfortable, responsive seating experience. Its outstanding durability ensures minimal maintenance throughout its approximately ten-year service life (based on in-house performance records). To prevent water from accumulating during rain, the seat features drainage channels integrated along the backrest contours. These also serve as a stylish design accent, giving the seat a sleek, sporty look. Optional loop-style armrests and armrest-integrated cup holders are also available.

Characteristics of the BLM Series

The BLM (Blow Molding) Series utilizes high-density polyethylene shaped through advanced blow molding techniques. The resulting double-shell hollow structure delivers both structural strength and ergonomic comfort. Manufactured using a process renowned for its exceptional impact resistance among plastic molding methods, these seats are highly resistant to cracking even when struck by flying baseballs. Notably, they offer superior low-temperature impact resilience compared to the polypropylene (PP) injection-molded seats widely used in Europe.

In addition to excellent heat and water resistance, HDPE offers high resistance to chemicals and oils, making it an ideal material for stadium seating prone to food and beverage spills. To prevent fading and degradation caused by outdoor exposure, UV absorbers are integrated directly into the resin.
