Shortened renovation timelines through reuse of existing legs

This solution allows existing chair legs to be retained while replacing only the seat components. It is particularly effective when upgrading from one-piece spectator seating to a two-piece configuration. Reusing existing legs reduces both construction time and cost.
By converting to a two-piece design, the seat automatically tips up when unoccupied, increasing aisle space. In addition, because the seat depth no longer impacts aisle clearance, the seating surface can be made larger. This improves comfort both while seated and when passing through rows, contributing to an upgraded facility experience. Reusing existing components also reduces waste, making this an environmentally responsible choice.

About the material “High-Density Polyethylene” and the blow molding process

The BLM (Blow Molding) Series
BLM (Blow Molding) refers to seating formed from high-density polyethylene using a blow molding process. These seats feature a hollow “double-shell” structure, delivering both strength and comfort.
This manufacturing method offers superior impact resistance compared to typical plastic products, making the seats highly resistant to breakage—even when struck by objects such as baseballs. In particular, they exhibit better low-temperature impact performance than polypropylene (PP) injection-molded seats commonly used in Europe.
In addition to excellent heat and water resistance, the material also provides resistance to chemicals and oils, making it ideal for stadium environments where exposure to food and beverages is expected. For outdoor applications, UV stabilizers can be added to reduce fading and material degradation over time.
