Each seat for the retractable seating has a storable table to place documents and take notes during meetings and lectures. The tables are usually stored in the panel to the front and can be pulled out for use when necessary.
The fabric for the seats are dark, medium, and light gray, and the front panel matches this color. Since the colors match the walls of the hall, the seats blend into the hall, as if they are part of the architecture.
It can also be used as a flat space by storing all of the seats.
