Saitama first. A movie theatre with personal space for all seats

That all seats have partitions between them to prevent droplet infection and ensure personal space makes this a safer and more relaxed place to watch movies. This is first of its kind in Saitama Prefecture.

The theatre has ten screens and 1,048 seats, with four different seating options. In addition to "Normal Seats," "Upgrade Seats," and "Comfort Seats," the Grand Theater, AEON Cinema's top-class theatre, has electric reclining seats.

Enjoy a movie in style from premium seats

Normal Seats use the popular 'Model CN-55' cinema seat. An ergonomic seat that reduces fatigue from long movie viewing sessions using Kotobuki Seating's 100 years of seating expertise. The seat frame is made of corrugated springs and covered in molded urethane for maximum comfort.
Each seat has its own armrest, so you won't accidentally bump elbows with your neighbors.
All seats have movable partitions* that can be opened and closed. Friends, family, and couples can watch movies together without any worries by simply opening the partition between the seats.
* Partitions are not included in the installation of the seats.

Except for the Grand Theater, all screens have 'Upgrade Seats'. With partitions on both sides and luggage and jacket hangers, these seats feel private.
They are twice as wide and 1.5 times under your feet as long as regular seats, allowing you to watch movies in peace.

Screen 1 has 'Comfort Seats' in the front row where you can lie down and watch movies.
Kotobuki Seating's overseas group company Ferco Seating Systems designed these seats. Despite the proximity of the screen to the front row, you can relax and stretch your legs as if watching movies at home.
While watching movies, you can charge your smartphone or other devices via the USB port.

The 'Grand Theater', the first of its kind in the prefecture, features electric reclining seats with synthetic leather upholstery. These seats too have been designed by Ferco. These premium cinema seats are the most comfortable in Ferco's electric reclining range.

Facility Overview

Aeon Cinema Kawaguchi has ten screens.
It features AEON Cinema's original AV system 'ULTIRA' for clearer images, and JBL's line array speakers for powerful three-dimensional sound.
The theatre also focuses on quarantine measures. All screens have the 'Train Triple Air Shield', a large air-conditioning anti-virus system specially designed for movie theatres. The floors, walls, and seats are all coated with 'Health Bright,' an antibacterial and antiviral coating. All of these are firsts in the prefecture.
