THE HERRINGBONE DESK SD-264

This lightweight desk is designed for easy movement and smooth entry and exit. By incorporating a herringbone pattern—traditionally used in textile weaves—into portions of the modesty panel, the design reduces visual heaviness and creates a sense of openness. This decorative approach, uncommon in industrial furniture, brings a soft and bright atmosphere to the space. 
The desk is designed to pair seamlessly with the FC-873 stacking chair from the same series.

Weighing only 9.7 kg, the desk is lightweight enough for anyone to carry with ease. Its form naturally guides the user’s hands into comfortable gripping positions, creating a genuine sense of lightness and portability. The melamine-laminated tabletop is highly durable and scratch-resistant, while edge protection around the entire perimeter enhances safety during transport. The steel modesty panel provides both structural strength and privacy by shielding the user’s legs.

Spacious legroom and easy access

The L-shaped leg structure creates generous legroom and a spacious seating environment. Rounded leg bases are positioned low for safe and smooth entry and exit. In addition, large adjusters allow the desk to be quickly leveled according to floor conditions.

Color variations

The tabletop is available in two finishes: Gentle Gray and Natural Wood. The modesty panel and legs are offered in Matte Black or White (made to order).
