This stadium seat (stadium bench) features a sharp, stylish form created by using state-of-the-art blow molding technology.
This new product is attracting attention as a world-standard bench seat for indoor and outdoor sports facilities such as stadiums, arenas, domes, and gymnasiums in Japan and around the world. This product was installed at the Suita City Football Stadium in Osaka Prefecture in 2015.

Large size yet slim design ensures comfort when watching the game or walking through the rows during the game

Despite its slim appearance, it is comfortable, robust, and equipped with advanced features for worldwide use. The large, curved backrest and the seat are ideal especially for a sports spectator. It ensures seating comfort without spoiling your fervor and excitement when watching the game.
The slim and smart design saves space with the seat depth of only 250mm when retracted. It allows for stress-free standing and sitting and smooth passage through the bleachers.

Safe, barrier-free design preventing accidents and injuries

It's not just comfort that we have taken into consideration. The coupling between the backrest and the seat has a barrier-free design that prevents accidents and injuries due to fingers getting caught while the seat tips up automatically. Our goal was to create stadium seats that allow you to enjoy the game safely and securely.

The design allows easy adjustment of spacing between seats. This is well received by stadium managers.

Unlike other blow molded seats, the BLM-8000 series seats are installed on a single rail, making it easy to adjust the width per seat.

Range of options available

You can choose armrests, padded or non-padded backrests and seats, and the lineup includes optional cup holders and seat number plates.

Material (HDPE) & Manufacturing Process (Blow Molding)

Characteristics of the BLM Series
The BLM (Blow Molding) Series utilizes high-density polyethylene shaped through advanced blow molding techniques. The resulting double-shell hollow structure delivers both structural strength and ergonomic comfort. Manufactured using a process renowned for its exceptional impact resistance among plastic molding methods, these seats are highly resistant to cracking even when struck by flying baseballs. Notably, they offer superior low-temperature impact resilience compared to the polypropylene (PP) injection-molded seats widely used in Europe.

In addition to excellent heat and water resistance, HDPE offers high resistance to chemicals and oils, making it an ideal material for stadium seating prone to food and beverage spills. To prevent fading and degradation caused by outdoor exposure, UV absorbers are integrated directly into the resin.
